Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial employment law experience.
• Experience advising major employers and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to manage complex and strategically important matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic employment law guidance to boards, HR directors and senior managers.
• Manage complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Lead pitches, tenders and client presentations.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to recruitment and team development.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams across the national Employment practice.
