You will work closely with HR leaders, translate complex requirements into practical guidance, and manage external counsel to protect the business while upholding our values and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with expertise in UK employment and labour law.
• Experience advising HR leaders on workforce disputes and litigation.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical policies and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level legal support on employee relations, disputes and litigation UK and international.
• Formulate policies and governance frameworks for sensitive workforce issues.
• Advise HR and operations on non-routine matters and reorganisations.
• Define escalation thresholds and positions for high-exposure matters.
• Manage external counsel, tribunals and regulatory engagements.
• Develop templates and playbooks to streamline case handling.
• Monitor developments and translate into actionable updates for stakeholders.
