Errington Legal’s Employment Team in Ipswich is seeking a Senior Associate in Employment with hybrid working. The role requires a minimum of 6 years’ PQE, a proven track record of managing a caseload with minimal supervision, and exceptional drafting and attention to detail.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, provide high-quality employment advice across contentious and non-contentious matters, and contribute to business development within a leading full-service UK law firm.
