AJ Chambers is recruiting an Employment Associate to join its Reading team. The role offers exposure to high-quality employment matters and the opportunity to progress within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will handle contentious and non-contentious matters, including TUPE, redundancy, whistleblowing, and tribunal litigation, while developing business with senior executives and educational sector clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in Employment Law.
• Admitted to the roll of solicitors or a member of the bar, FILEX.
• Experience in the education sector including independent schools.
• Ability to undertake fee-earning work.
• Strong business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Contentious and Non Contentious duties across conduct concerns, redundancy, TUPE and whistleblowing.
• Tribunal litigation.
