Job summary

LAW Absolute is currently partnering with a prestigious firm in London to recruit an experienced employment lawyer with corporate support experience. The role is a 2–3 month contract with a view to extend and to start asap, dealing with non-contentious and advisory matters including due diligence and document negotiation, TUPEs, and corporate employment elements.

You will join a respected team handling HR and employment advisory, redundancies, and restructurings for clients across industries

Qualifications

• Experience as an employment lawyer with transactional exposure.
• Knowledge of TUPE and corporate transactions is beneficial.
• Ability to advise on HR and employment advisory matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist on non-contentious and advisory matters
• Contribute to due diligence projects and document negotiation
• Handle TUPEs and employment elements of corporate transactions

LAW Absolute is currently working with a prestigious firm in the city. Their employment team is recruiting for an experienced employment lawyer with corporate support experience. The role is to start asap . The team work with clients in a range of industries including transport. Infrastructure and energy. The position has come about due to an increase in workload. You will join the team on an initial contractual basis of 2-3 months with a view to extend. The work the team does covers all kinds or non-contentious and advisory matters including, transactional projects like due diligence and document negotiation, TUPE’s, employment elements of a corporate transaction, HR and employment advisory, redundancies, and restructurings.
