Job summary

St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead ER services across the GESH group. The role involves providing expert guidance to managers and shaping ER casework and processes, across hospital sites.

The post holder will manage a team of Employee Relations Advisors, drive early resolution and best practice, and contribute to a fair, consistent approach to people management within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Employee Relations team.
• Proven ability to provide expert ER guidance to managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Employee Relations Advisors team.
• Provide advice and guidance on ER matters to line managers.
• Handle complex employee relations casework incl. discipline, grievances, and attendance issues.
• Develop and implement best practice ER processes and systems across the group.
• Monitor ER casework and establish regular KPI reports.
