KPMG in the UK is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to provide expert ER guidance across the business, including complex cases and senior stakeholders.

You will lead absence management, TUPE and redundancy matters, coach leaders, analyse management information, and partner with Employment Law Advisory Team to drive a high-performance culture.

Extensive experience in regulated environments and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Employee Relations including with senior level individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on complex ER cases with the HR team and business to achieve best outcomes.
• Share external market knowledge on competitor activity and industry trends.
• Coach performance managers and People Leaders in HR matters and in the performance management process.
• Respond to management information requirements and produce executive summaries.
