University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is recruiting an experienced HR professional to manage complex employee relations and provide expert advice on terms, conditions and policies. You will apply up-to-date Employment Law and Being Fair culture principles in a sensitive, confidential environment.

You will also handle HR data analysis, work with ESR and other HR systems, and influence stakeholders across the Trust while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Formación

• Qualified CIPD Diploma Level or equivalent.
• Degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Significant experience dealing with complex ER cases and up-to-date Employment Law knowledge.
• Experience in Being Fair culture and handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel; familiar with HR data systems.
