Job summary

Network Rail is seeking a Senior HR/ER Specialist for a 6-month hybrid contract. The role involves advising senior leaders on complex employee relations, managing cases, and delivering people strategies aligned to railway operations. You will drive organisational change, TUPE considerations, and engagement with trade unions.

You will partner with HRBPs and Centres of Expertise to implement policies, improve ER processes and support a culture of fairness and accountability across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience with complex case handling.
• Experience advising senior leaders and TUPE/workforce change.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER guidance to senior leaders and manage complex cases.
• Lead organisational change programmes including restructures and redundancies.
• Collaborate with HRBPs/Shared Services to deliver HR solutions.
