Job summary

Bank of America in Chester seeks an Employee Relations Case Manager (Vice President) to oversee a broad range of employee relations matters across the organisation, reporting to the EMEA Head of Employee Relations. You will partner with HR, legal, and managers to drive consistent resolution and risk management.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent employment law experience desirable.
• Experience managing disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes.
• Experience in regulated and complex organisations.
• Practical experience of workplace investigations, including interviewing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR business partners, Employment Legal, control functions, managers and employees to support effective resolution of employee relations matters.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance and other ER processes from initial assessment through to resolution.
• Support policy development, global initiatives and regulatory programmes with a focus on conduct and risk management.
• Develop and deliver learning sessions for managers and employees on employment legislation and ER best practice.
