Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to drive complex ER matters and investigations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with senior HR, Legal and control functions to deliver fair, consistent outcomes and strengthen ER capability regionally.

You will coach ER professionals, shape policy interpretations, and ensure governance and risk management are embedded in case work.

Qualifications

• Significant, relevant employee relations experience.
• Experience leading complex workplace investigations end-to-end.
• Experience managing high-risk employee relations matters with confidentiality and fairness.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders across HR, Legal and control functions.
• Strong written communication with clear case documentation.
• Governance and quality controls in case management and decision-making.
• Ability to identify themes and translate into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Champion the strategic direction of Employee Relations and deliver a trusted, high-quality experience for employees and partners.
• Lead investigations across EMEA driving timely, effective resolution of concerns.
• Advise on investigation planning, evidence assessment, findings, and recommendations.
• Serve as a senior expert on grievances, disciplinary processes, conduct matters, and organizational change.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Global Security, Audit, Risk, HR and stakeholders to resolve matters.
• Guide HR teams and leaders on policy interpretation and people risk during workforce changes and M&A.
• Maintain robust quality standards for case management, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop ER professionals to strengthen investigation skills and knowledge.
