Senior Employee Benefits Specialist

Available on a Day rate - Immediate start.

We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist, to join our Manchester based client. The ideal candidate will have had previous Employee Benefits experience, ideally from a consulting or project based role, spanning both the UK and Europe.

The role
New Benefits Platform Implementation
  • You will internally lead and support the configuration and rollout of the new benefits platform for UK and Europe.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the platform consultants to ensure alignment with business needs and communication strategy.
  • Project lead to times scales
  • Develop and test workflows, eligibility rules, and user journeys.
  • Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Create user guides and training materials.
Benefits Administration & Compliance
  • Review and streamline current benefits administration processes.
  • Annual benefit cost tracking
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and manual workarounds.
  • Establish clear governance frameworks for benefit approvals, renewals, and provider management (SLAs).
  • Establish benefits cost tracker for annual budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conduct data quality checks.
Policy Development & Documentation
  • Draft, update, and align compensation, work/role related allowances and benefits policies across UK & European regions.
  • Work with other internal Compensation and benefits teams within the business to ensure policies are legally compliant and aligned.
  • Collaborate with HR for policy sign-off and rollout.
  • Ensure the system is configured and correct for all allowance information.

You will have excellent Stakeholder management and communications skills. Be very familiar with Project tools and tech. Having the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment with ever changing deadlines.
