Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust in Epsom is seeking a Band 7 Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Emergency Department. The post is rotational across sites with the base predominantly at St Helier Hospital, requiring an enthusiastic and highly skilled ENP to lead and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Paramedic or Nurse with degree or equivalent.
• Masters or willingness to undertake master’s level study.
• Experience as an Emergency care practitioner/ENP in GP/OOHs/A&E.
• Knowledge of Clinical Audit and Clinical Governance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and management within the Emergency Department.
• Deliver advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral.
• Support education, training and development for staff.
