Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Senior Real Estate Project Manager to lead capital buildouts and renovations for our expanding EMEA portfolio. You will guide site selection, budgeting, and design standards, reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate. Hybrid work is available at London or Frankfurt offices.

You’ll travel up to 50% and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure operational and brand consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as Real Estate or Workplace leader or equivalent.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing large office and light industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy across EMEA.
• Lead site planning, design, and construction priorities and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align real estate with business needs.
• Create location budgets and manage ongoing project budgets for efficiency.
• Introduce a portfolio management system to support growing needs.
• Lead site selection, tour facilities, and develop budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with authorities, architects, contractors, brokers, and regulators.
