Catapult Sports seeks a Senior Director, People & Culture to lead our London Office as part of the global P&C leadership team. You will partner with senior business leaders, design workforce strategies for the EMEA region, and drive culture, engagement, and operational effectiveness across multiple offices.

The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering scalable P&C solutions and an exceptional employee experience across 16 countries and diverse employment frameworks.

Formación

• Significant people & culture leadership experience in a multi-country EMEA environment.
• Working knowledge of UK and German employment law.
• Ability to design and implement scalable P&C strategies that align with business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic workforce plans across the EMEA region.
• Coach senior leaders on organizational design, change management, and talent development.
• Shape culture and values and implement scalable people solutions.
• Drive a high-quality employee experience across three offices in 16 countries.
• Partner with Talent to deliver learning, DEI, reward, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
