Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Developer to advance our Real Time 3D runtime on embedded platforms. You will tackle challenges across Embedded Linux, QNX and Android Automotive OS, delivering features and integrations for multi-screen, multi-touch HMIs in automotive contexts.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, optimize performance on constrained SoCs, and engage directly with customers as a technical point of contact.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++/C# with multithreading experience.
• Experience on Embedded Linux, QNX, and Android Automotive OS.
• Hands-on Android AAOS/AOSP development on platform layer.
• Experience with Vulkan/OpenGL ES for RT 3D and UI.
• Strong English communication and customer collaboration.
• Senior engineer capable of guiding cross-platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Bring RT 3D runtime to embedded platforms with new features.
• Integrate Unity into native Android apps and multiscreen UI.
• Profile and optimize runtime performance on constrained SoCs.
• Collaborate with automotive OEMs as technical lead contact.
• Contribute to design reviews and automated testing.
