Job summary

Thermoteknix Systems Ltd, based in Cambridge, develops AR and infrared imaging solutions for defence, security, and industry. You will contribute to the AR product portfolio, designing features, fixing bugs, and diagnosing issues in deployed units, within a dynamic environment that values innovation.

We seek 5+ years in embedded software with strong C++ skills, plus the ability to read schematics. Hybrid work may be possible; security clearance (BPSS) may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of C++ experience; experience with embedded software design and implementation is essential.
• Ability to read and understand electronic schematics when implementing embedded software; electronics background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for AR and infrared product portfolio.
• Resolve software bugs and diagnose issues in deployed units.
• Support development of next-generation AR and closely related products in a fast-paced environment.
