Job summary

Control Risks is seeking an experienced security leader to oversee global security operations, incident management, and crisis response across multiple regions. You will manage the GSOC, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive integration of intelligence with operational priorities.

You will build robust processes, run drills, report to senior leadership, and strengthen stakeholder relationships to safeguard people, assets, and information in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in security-related field.
• 8+ years of physical security and incident/crisis management experience.
• Experience leading regional/global security operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and travel security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security and incident management measures based on intelligence and priorities.
• Lead GSOC operations, monitoring, triage, escalation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with crisis management, intelligence, and business teams.
• Develop processes, playbooks, and performance metrics.
• Deliver briefings and situation reports to senior leadership.
• Drills, readiness reviews, and relations with global stakeholders.
• Safeguard information and ensure governance compliance.
