Job summary

Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) invites an SSC Program Manager to lead the development and improvement of the Security Service Center ecosystem, a globally distributed network operated by vendor partners to detect, triage and respond to physical security threats.

You will oversee the GSOC to ensure scalable delivery of its mission, collaborating with cross-functional security teams and campus security managers to optimize operations and resilience across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs across multiple regions.
• Experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize and scale risk detection, assessment, and mitigation.
• Lead the GSOC Global Security Service Centre (SSC) Program.
• Maintain the network of distributed SSCs in support of GSRS operations.
• Document and review SSC operations to enhance delivery.
• Collaborate with security ops to design SSCs, with daily activities managed locally.
