Job summary

Redline Group Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Electronics & Software Product Engineer to lead electronics and embedded software development for innovative products in regulated markets. You will stay hands-on while taking on increased technical responsibility within a collaborative engineering environment.

The role requires proven circuit design and embedded software experience, strong communication, and an engineering degree with a 1st or 2:1; eligibility to work in the UK is necessary,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electronic circuit design and embedded software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Engineering degree with 1st class or 2:1.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronics and embedded software for complex products.
• Integrate electronics, software and electromechanical design through to manufacture.
• Deliver structured technical progress updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support products through the full development lifecycle, from concept to production planning.
• Contribute to project leadership activities and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Assist, over time, with developing new technical opportunities into commercial programmes.
