Job summary

Envisage Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager to own the Embedded Computing business unit. You will lead commercial performance, develop market strategy and manage a team of technical sales professionals, with P&L responsibility and direct engagement at senior levels.

The role is permanent, full-time, field-based in the UK with a £75,000-£85,000 DOE salary plus a company car/allowance, bonus, pension and protection benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical sales teams in embedded computing or industrial tech.
• Strong P&L ownership and ability to shape go-to-market strategy.
• Evidence of building senior-level customer and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Embedded Computing unit and deliver revenue and margin targets.
• Develop and execute commercial growth strategy across multiple sectors.
• Lead and coach a high-performance technical sales team.
• Build executive relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Close design-in opportunities across embedded platforms, boards and systems.
• Lead negotiations and manage forecasting, pipeline and CRM.
