A Day In The Life…

We’re looking for a driven and creative Senior Email Marketing Executive to join our small but ambitious CRM team as we scale across multiple global markets. If you’re passionate about email marketing, have a keen eye for design and copy, and are comfortable using Marketing Automation Platforms, this is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll craft compelling Email and SMS journeys and develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment with clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the building, testing, and deployment of Email & SMS Campaigns & Flows in Klaviyo, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing communications.
2. Collaborate with the wider CRM Team to establish correct audience segmentation, testing, and sending rules.
3. Collaborate with the Design Team to brief and ideate new campaign templates.
4. Analyse email campaign performance metrics, report to the team, and optimize campaigns for better KPIs.
5. Support the planning of the email marketing calendar.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, especially in Canada, and incorporate new strategies as appropriate.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years experience in Email Marketing, ideally in eCommerce/D2C.
2. Proficiency with email platforms, especially Klaviyo.
3. Strong Excel skills for analysis of email performance and customer data.
4. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Creative problem-solving skills.
7. Proven ability to create high-quality emails, including design and copy, with successful KPI improvements through AB testing.
8. Experience managing end-to-end email campaigns.
9. Good self- and time-management skills.

Nice-to-Haves

1. Experience with Figma, InDesign, or similar design software.
2. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
3. Experience working across multiple global markets.
