Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale ELV and BMS greenfield projects in complex environments such as hospitals and airports. You will drive planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery from initiation to handover.

The role requires 5+ years in ELV/BMS, strong Microsoft Project skills, and hands-on experience with cash flow, cost control, and EAC. PMP/PRINCE2 experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in ELV/BMS and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in greenfield projects within hospitals, airports, or similar complex environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ELV and BMS greenfield projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor and control project progress to meet timeline, quality, and scope requirements.
• Manage project financials including cash flow, cost control, and EAC.
• Prepare and present monthly project reports on schedule, cost, risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and financial project risks.
• Oversee site execution activities and ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
