Sagentia Innovation, part of Science Group plc, seeks a Senior Electronics and Systems Engineer to lead complex electromechanical product development. You will drive architecture, system requirements, and hardware/software interfaces while guiding multidisciplinary teams.
You will engage clients, manage programmes, and ensure delivery to quality and budget targets, fostering innovation and design excellence across projects.
Competenze
- Degree in Electronics Engineering and/or Systems Engineering or closely related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering products through full product development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and multidisciplinary product development.
- Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mansioni
- Lead the architecture, design, development and integration of complex electronic and electromechanical systems.
- Define system-level requirements and decompose into hardware, software and mechanical packages.
- Lead electronics hardware development including analogue, digital and embedded systems.
- Oversee system bring-up, integration and verification activities.
- Champion design excellence with design reviews, FMEA, risk management and DFM.
