Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Physics or related discipline.
• Significant experience in electronic engineering R&D with instrumentation or precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of electrical engineering development from concepts to prototypes.
• Design, build and commission custom test equipment and platforms.
• Develop multi-channel analogue measurement systems and signal conditioning.
• Collaborate with MEMS and mechanical teams to integrate prototype devices.
• Define requirements for external suppliers and oversee outsourced development.
• Plan structured experiments and analyse data to drive design improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to IP development.
• Provide mentoring as the team grows.
