Job summary

Ontic in Bishop's Cleeve is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will support the integrity and performance of aerospace electronic products across their lifecycle, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.

This role requires a degree in Electronics Engineering and experience in a reliability-critical environment. Candidates should have strong knowledge of design verification and regulatory standards. We offer up to 29 days of annual leave, a goal share bonus scheme, and mental wellness support.

Qualifications

• Experienced Electronics Engineer with background in digital and/or analog design.
• Demonstrable experience in a lead or senior technical role in design or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of design verification and validation principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide electronic engineering expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and coach graduates and junior engineers.
