Empresaria UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer in West Sussex for a defence-focused organisation. You will lead analogue and digital electronics design across the full product lifecycle, delivering robust, compliant solutions within a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with software, mechanical and systems teams, produce schematics and documentation, and support manufacturing with investigations while contributing to technically challenging programmes in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Electronics Engineer or similar position.
• Strong background in analogue and digital electronics design.
• Multi-layer PCB design and layout experience.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI design principles and compliance requirements.
• Experience with schematic/PCB tools and producing design artefacts.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop electronic circuits and multi-layer PCB assemblies
• Support the development of new products from concept through to production
• Manage component obsolescence and identify suitable replacement solutions
• Conduct design reviews, verification and validation activities
• Produce and maintain schematics, BOMs and technical documentation
• Support manufacturing and production teams with technical investigations and issue resolution
• Work closely with software, mechanical and systems engineering teams
• Ensure designs meet relevant performance, quality and compliance requirements
