Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Waterlooville, Hampshire, is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to drive hardware innovation across our global portfolio. You will lead development, optimization and lifecycle activities for complex multi-component devices, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, IT and Marketing to deliver robust hardware solutions, manage technical releases, document firmware changes and ensure regulatory compliance and quality milestones.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng Honours degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Electronics Engineer or Electronics Manager across product lifecycle.
• Hands-on PCB design with Altium Designer.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, testing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware optimization: root cause analysis and design improvements for existing products.
• Lead cross-functional change and optimization projects with Supply Chain, QA, IT, and Marketing.
