Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to support development and maintenance of products used globally across RI businesses in 80+ countries. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive hardware and firmware changes and manage product approvals.

The role requires leadership in multi-national teams, strong communication, and experience across the full product life cycle, including compliance work and cross-border projects.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics assembly, test and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs at regional/international level.
• Proven leadership in matrix organisations; cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support root-cause analysis and implement hardware improvements.
• Project manage improvements from design to implementation with stakeholders.
• Document changes and update technical files and packs.
• Lead electronics design changes and validation activities.
• Maintain supplier technical relationships and risk mitigation.
