Qualifications

• Strong expertise in PCB design, FPGA development with VHDL, or embedded software with C/C++.
• Excellent academic background with a UK top-10 university degree in a relevant STEM subject; PhD preferred.
• Willingness to work on site near Cheltenham; occasional travel to London area.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCB design from schematic capture to fabrication via subcontractors.
• Develop signal and data processing algorithms in VHDL for FPGAs with RF interfaces.
• Write software, firmware, and drivers for product functionality and test.
• Mentor junior colleagues and take on project leadership roles.
