Job summary

Lynx Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Poole, UK. You will lead design from concept to completion and drive hardware development across analogue/digital domains.

This role offers technical leadership, progression into Lead/Management positions, and the opportunity to shape innovative products with cross-disciplinary teams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience in analogue and digital electronics design.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB tools.
• Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, or FPGA design.
• Ability to take technical ownership of projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronic circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout support and testing.
