Job summary

Ttigroup in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Advanced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the development of future electrical technologies that enable differentiated, intelligent Floorcare products and sustain long‑term growth.

You will drive sensor, control and embedded technology, build proof‑of‑concept demonstrators, mentor the Advanced EE team and shape technology roadmaps while collaborating with suppliers and other engineering disciplines to ensure robust system

Qualifications

Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent degree (BEng).
Strong background in electronics and embedded systems.
Experience leading technical teams.
Knowledge of sensors, motor control and power electronics.
Knowledge of firmware and system-thinking mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Practical prototype development experience.
Strong supplier engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Advanced Electrical Engineering activities and define future electrical architectures.
Drive sensor, control and embedded technology development.
Lead and build proof‑of-concept activities and demonstrators.
Lead supplier technical collaborations and develop effective partnerships.
Develop and mentor the Advanced EE team.
Shape technology roadmaps and support system integration across disciplines.
