Job summary

Global Floorcare, part of TTI, is seeking an Advanced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the development of future electrical technologies and mature them into product programs. You will define the electrical technology roadmap and drive proof‑of‑concept activities.

Based in the United Kingdom, you will build technical capability, partner with suppliers and mentor the advanced EE team to deliver differentiated, high‑quality products.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent degree (BEng).
• Strong background in electronics and embedded systems.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of sensors, motor control and power electronics.
• Knowledge of firmware.
• System thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Practical prototype development experience.
• Strong supplier engagement.

You’ll define and drive the electrical technology roadmap, lead proof‑of‑concept activities, and build strong technical capability within the team. You will also develop effective partnerships with suppliers and ensure new technologies are successfully matured and transitioned into new product development programmes.
