You will shape product strategies, deliver safety-critical solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration across systems, software, controls, mechanical, and validation teams. This on-site role may require up to 25% domestic travel and demands strong leadership in hardware architectures,

Formación

• Design, integrate, and validate electronic hardware systems for power or automotive applications, including sensors and control units.
• Knowledge of electronic system architecture and requirements management.
• Embedded hardware development processes: DFMEA/PFMEA, FTA, worst-case analyses, 8D, 5-Phase, or 7-Step methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and provide technical leadership using Creo, Windchill, MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electronic hardware innovation across sensors, actuators, and control units and harnesses.
• Shape future product strategies by leading EHI projects and CPS initiatives.
• Deliver safety-critical hardware meeting safety, cybersecurity, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with systems, software, controls, mechanical, manufacturing and validation teams.
• Define scalable hardware architectures and interface specifications for performance and manufacturability.
• Lead design reviews, hardware integration, prototype builds, debugging and validation.
• Influence supplier and technology decisions for high-quality hardware.
• Develop engineering capability through leadership and mentoring.
