You will lead hardware development, collaborate with systems, software, controls, and manufacturing teams, define scalable architectures, and guide supplier decisions. On-site with some flexibility.

Formación

• Experience designing, integrating and validating electronic hardware systems for automotive or power applications.
• Strong knowledge of electronic system architectures and requirements management.
• Familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA, FTA and structured problem-solving methods.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware design, integration and validation of sensors, actuators, control units and harnesses.
• Define scalable hardware architectures and interface specifications for cost-effective production.
• Drive design reviews, prototyping, debugging and validation to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to select components and resolve technical challenges.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the product lifecycle.
