Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an Electronic Design Engineer for our Watford-based R&D team. You will design electronic circuitry and firmware for portable equipment, contribute to redesigns for annual launches, and support existing product lines through obsolescence and standards changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic circuit design including analogue and digital design.
• Some firmware programming experience and exposure to embedded systems.
• Knowledge of higher voltage designs (mains/EV) is advantageous.
• Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers (e.g. STM32) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuitry and firmware for portable equipment.
• Redesign existing products for annual launches.
• Maintain and update product line in response to obsolescence and standards.
