Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electro-mechanical assembly or similar environment.
• Current IPC 610 certification required.
• Eligible for BPSS clearance and from a NATO country with right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test sub-assemblies, power modules, and complete systems.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and workmanship.
• Mentor and support junior assemblers.
• Record build data and maintain production documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering colleagues.
