Job summary

21° is seeking an experienced electrical instalaciones lead for domestic renewables projects, including solar PV, heat pumps, MVHR and insulation upgrades.

You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in homes, lead a team of electricians, and liaise with customers to deliver efficient, compliant solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical installation competencies and strong diagnostic skills.
• Experience with domestic renewables installations and EV charging points.
• Proficiency with electrical testing and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain electrical systems in domestic settings.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians.

What you can do for us:

• Working on renewable energy and heating installations, primarily in domestic settings, for Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV installations, and EV charging points.
• First and Second Fix Electrical Installations, primarily in domestic settings around Daventry.
• Carrying out NICEIC electrical installation condition reports (EICR)
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
• Manage a team of Electricians
• Liaise with customers, fault finding, advising on solutions.

• Full clean UK driving licence
