Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering, manufacturing or aerospace contexts.
• Experience with automated test equipment and software-controlled test systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for complex electrical test design activities and documentation.
• Lead projects from concept to operational use with emphasis on safety and maintainability.
• Review requirements, verification plans and test procedures for compliance.
• Mentor engineers and promote best engineering practices across the team.
• Collaborate with sites, suppliers and customers to align technical approaches.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for test equipment issues.
