Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Technician to join our Electronics Department. The role involves producing high-quality electrical and electronic components, looms, and assemblies within set timeframes and specifications, utilizing Autosport or Aerospace connectors, MIL spec wiring, heat-shrink molded parts, and PCB assembly. The technician will also support travelling Electrical Technicians during car builds and turnarounds at the factory.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to a team of Electrical Technicians, collaborate with Electronics Production Team Leaders on daily tasks, and work closely with the Electronics Design and Test & Inspection groups to provide feedback and build information.

Requirements include:

• Experience producing wiring assemblies for F1 or high-level Motorsport
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical technical drawings and procedures
• Familiarity with System 25, Autosport connectors, and fine gauge wiring
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
