Job summary

NRL Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical work on NZT, a major construction project in Redcar. This long-term role offers 47 hours per week on site and a stable pipeline of work beyond the initial phase.

You will ensure compliance with BS 7671, supervise installation teams, and maintain high safety standards on site while coordinating with the project programme. The role is based in Redcar on NZT and requires a JIB card and 18th Edition qualification.

Qualifications

• JIB card required.
• 18th Edition qualification required.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification required.
• Safety Critical Medical arranged by NRL at no cost to the worker.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation work on site
• Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 and project specification
• Oversee safe systems of work and maintain high safety standards
• Allocate tasks and provide guidance to operatives
• Monitor progress against project programme and quality targets
• Support inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
