Job summary

NRL Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical work on NZT, a major construction project in Redcar. This long-term role offers 47 hours per week on site and a stable pipeline of work beyond the initial phase.

You will ensure compliance with BS 7671, supervise installation teams, and maintain high safety standards on site while coordinating with the project programme. The role is based in Redcar on NZT and requires a JIB card and 18th Edition qualification.

Summary

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical work on NZT, a major construction project in Redcar. This long-term opportunity offers competitive JIB rates, with a strong pipeline of work expected following the initial phase.

PAYE Rates

Basic (Mon-Fri, first 37.5 hrs): £22.19 + £3.12 holiday = £25.31/hr

Overtime 1.5 (midweek overtime & first 6 hrs Saturday): £33.29 + £4.02 holiday = £37.31/hr

Overtime 2 (additional Saturday & Sunday): £44.38 + £5.36 holiday = £49.74/hr

Location and Working Pattern

Location: NZT, Redcar (major construction project)

Hours: 47 hours per week (Mon-Thu 10 hrs, Fri 7 hrs)

Duration: Until end of October, with potential extension up to 12 months
