Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a high-profile commercial construction project. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all electrical installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical works including installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.

• Ensure all work is performed to current codes, standards, and best practices.

• Manage and mentor electrical teams, subcontractors, and junior supervisors.

• Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and quality control checks.

• Identify and resolve any issues that may affect project timelines or quality.

• Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.

Supervisor Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• SMSTS

• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity on commercial projects.

• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and BMS systems.

• Proven leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
