Job summary

Kier is seeking a Senior Electrical Site Manager to lead safe installation of electrical services on our London projects. You will supervise a team of electricians and collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver on time and to spec.

Based at a Central London site, you will ensure compliance with CSCS/SMSTS standards, conduct risk assessments, and uphold Kier’s safety and quality procedures across custodial, commercial and science sectors.

Your Role

As a Senior Electrical Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of managing the safe installation of electrical services on our exciting projects. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you’ll lead electrical installations while supporting the broader Kier Mechanical & Electrical delivery model. This is your chance to apply your technical expertise to a variety of challenging and rewarding sectors, including custodial, commercial, and health & science.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all works are planned with suitable risk assessments and executed safely in line with Kier standards and UK law.
• Manage the installation of electrical services, ensuring compliance with specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Liaise with Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate site delivery and uphold quality control procedures.
• Guide and oversee other supervisors and operatives, fostering a collaborative ‘one team’ approach.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, materials, and site diaries to support effective project management.
