Intertek Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Test Engineer to conduct electrical safety evaluations for a diverse client base. You will manage projects from inception through to completion and prepare high-quality evaluation reports, working closely with customers to interpret requirements and communicate findings.

You will contribute to a quality-driven environment, applying IEC/EN 62368/UL62368 standards and supporting the business with technical insight.

Qualifications

• Formal electrical/electronic qualifications required.
• Experience with IT tools and data retention systems.
• Experience with a Quality Management System desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Desirable background in product safety testing with knowledge of IEC/EN 62368/61558/UL62368.

Responsabilités

• Complete electrical safety evaluations for clients.
• Manage projects within Intertek guidelines.
• Assess technical documentation and processes against standards.
• Provide project updates to customers and management.
• Prepare and review evaluation test reports.
• Ensure timely completion of evaluations within required standards.
• Provide technical support to the business.
• Engage in customer calls and meetings.
• Ensure evaluations align with Intertek quality system and accreditation.
