Job summary

People Group Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a flagship residential development in Central London. You will manage the electrical package from inception through commissioning, coordinating with clients, consultants and design teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a proven track record delivering large-scale MEP installations, with strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects as Electrical Project Manager.
• Residential, commercial or other technically complex projects would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Managing the electrical package from inception through to project completion.
• Coordinating and managing specialist electrical subcontractors.
• Working closely with the client, consultants, design teams and wider project stakeholders.
• Monitoring programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while driving programme milestones.
• Overseeing procurement, technical submissions and commissioning activities.
• Ensuring all works comply with project specifications, industry standards and statutory regulations.
• Producing regular progress reports and attending client and site meetings.
