Job summary

Apex Resourcing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead blue‑chip projects across MOJ, hospitals, education and commercial sectors in the UK. The role requires strong technical and commercial understanding, and hands‑on management of contracts, budgets and stakeholders.

You will oversee installations, ensure HS&E compliance (CDM2015) and maintain thorough project documentation, reporting to clients on progress and risks while coordinating subcontractors and

Qualifications

• Commercial experience within Electrical Engineering/Building Services.
• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of HS&E best practice.
• Willing to travel within the UK.
• Proficient in reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and develop project contracts with clients.
• Organise and review sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Work with diagrams, plans and drawings, and complete project paperwork.
• Manage and forecast spend to keep to budget.
• Oversee installations and specify maintenance procedures.
• Monitor systems per QHS&E, ISO 45001/9001/14001.
• Liaise with external and internal project stakeholders.
• Attend and participate in project meetings.
• Ensure HS&E and CDM2015 compliance.
• Ensure personnel competency on projects.
• Provide written reporting to client and company.
