Job summary

TechMet Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of electrical and automation projects in Northern Ireland.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of leadership of complex electrical projects within regulatory environments, with proficiency in MS Project and Excel for reporting and control.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng or BSc)
• Minimum 10 years leading electrical projects
• Experience delivering projects under strict legislative controls

Responsibilities

• Scope projects and set milestones with stakeholders
• Ensure LV/HV systems meet timeframes, budget, and standards
• Monitor, report, and escalate project issues as needed
• Lead development of practical Electrical Design solutions
• Support tender processes and optimize technical/economic solutions
• Organise testing, commissioning and validation of facilities/equipment
