A leading building services company in the UK is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects. Your role will involve managing project specifications, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
• Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience of supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend project start up meetings.
• Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project.
• Ultimately responsible for collating technical submittals.
• Raise and manage RFI’s.
• Maintain Progress Report weekly, managing changes/variations.
• Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
• Ensure adequate materials are always available.
• Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place.
• Generate biweekly/monthly snag list.
• Manage K&M handover process and maintain Document Management System.
• Attend general site meetings and action points raised.
