Roc Search is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer for high‑voltage power and infrastructure projects in Scotland. This hands‑on PM/engineering role combines technical leadership with project delivery across the full lifecycle. You will mentor engineers, manage budgets and coordinate with clients, suppliers and site teams.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.
• Minimum five years of HV electrical engineering and PM experience.
• Experience delivering projects valued over £1 million.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial awareness.
• Experience coordinating clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments.
• Experience working with ICPs / Private Networks and HV systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from planning through to completion with focus on safety, quality, schedule and budget.
• Mentor and support Project Engineers and Graduates throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to meet objectives.
• Develop construction programmes and monitor progress and resources.
• Manage project budgets, risks and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and engineering standards.
• Conduct site visits to inspect works and attend progress meetings.
